Customer support is carried out by our in-house customer support team. We do not outsource our support work.

Our team provide dedicated support across Bleep.com and all partners' retail stores. They will respond on your behalf in a professional but friendly and engaged manner. All our support staff are music fans and understand music buyers. They will not pretend to be you, but will be your representative to the customers.
