Embeddable HTML widget

To embed an html form from your mail client, please grab the html code and create a "Code" module.

And then add the code.

This could be a separate page, indexed in the top navigation, or on any custom page.

Standard check-box on registration

To enable the automated request at account creation please check the "Newsletter Sign-Up" box.

This then appears on the customer registration page.
