Automatically sort tagged content

By default tags allow content to be sorted manually with drag and drop. If you have a large number of tagged items, it may be easier to manage this content by automatic sorting. This can be done on a list of products to sort by product title or product release date.

How to setup

Edit Tag

Sort by is set to Manual by default. This can be changed to:

•  Product Release Date

•  Product Title

After selecting one of these, you will be able to choose a sort order of ascending or descending, to reverse the order of the items on the page.

Note

This will only work when the tagged items are all products, and not product formats.

When automatic sorting is applied, you will no longer be able to drag-and-drop content on the tag listing.
