Manage Shopify Bundles

Initially, our Shopify integration will not support the fulfilment of bundles, as additional functionality is required to map a Shopify bundle to the corresponding formats, variants, and respective SKUs within Ochre. As this feature is also not available 'out of the box' on Shopify, we need to understand which app would be best to build around. 

We plan to support this feature in the period following migration.
