These actions refer to reconfiguring items across fulfilment groups within a Shopify order on Ochre.
- Navigate to the order in Ochre Admin and check the status of the order’s fulfilment groups. In order to be split, they must not have been dispatched yet.
- If there are existing shipments for the fulfilment group, they will need to be cancelled first.
a) Click on the Shipment card to navigate to the shipment page.
b) Click the actions button to show the actions menu and select ‘Cancel’.
c) The shipment status will be updated to ‘Cancellation Requested’ and the shipment will be updated at the warehouse in the background.
- Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse, the shipment status will be updated to ‘Cancelled’. This may take a few minutes.
- Once any Shipments have been cancelled, go back to the order, click on the actions button and select ‘Create Shipments' from the actions menu.
- Select which item you would like to be sent in the first fulfilment group and submit.
- Repeat these steps until all items are included in a fulfilment group.
