Initial catalogue import from Bandcamp into Ochre

When managing a Bandcamp Store via Ochre, the entire catalogue for the store will be imported and represented within Ochre. This makes it possible to:

• Connect each Bandcamp product to SKUs held in your Ochre-connected warehouses;
• Manage other essential catalogue metadata not provided to us via Bandcamp. 

Generally speaking, a ‘Merch Item’ in Bandcamp maps to a ‘Product Format’ in Ochre; likewise an ‘Item Option’ maps to a ‘Variant’ in Ochre.

To sync catalogue from Bandcamp, go to the Products listing in Ochre and click ‘Sync Catalogue from Bandcamp’. This action will then complete in the background, and generally takes a minute or two to process, depending on the size of your catalogue.

After this point, your catalogue will automatically update (with any new products or updates to existing products) every six hours. If you want to update your catalogue between automatic updates, this process can also be used.
