Add required metadata to Bandcamp catalogue items within Ochre

Additional catalogue metadata required for fulfilment of Bandcamp Orders

Before any Orders are ingested from Bandcamp via Ochre, it is essential to populate a few pieces of metadata for each Product on Ochre to make fulfilment possible. These are:

• Release Date on Formats - Setting release date ensures that pre-order items do not ship early, and embargoes are generally respected. Please note that while release dates are also set on Bandcamp, we do not have the ability to retrieve these dates via the Bandcamp API. 
  
  For existing Bandcamp stores managed via Ochre, we will pre-populate any release date information already held in Whiplash - but these dates will need to be checked for accuracy prior to relaunching the store.
   
• SKU - Connection of Ochre SKUs ensures that ingested Bandcamp order items can be properly matched with inventory in the correct Warehouse. This also makes it possible for stock to be decremented as Bandcamp orders are ingested. If you are using multiple Warehouses, a SKU will need to be set up per Warehouse.
  
  For existing Bandcamp stores managed via Ochre, we will pre-populate any SKU information already held in Whiplash - but these will need to be checked for accuracy prior to relaunching the store.
   
• Format Type - Setting this for each Product ensures that Shipments contain the right Tariff Code information for international shipping. Without this, Orders will not ship.
  
  Important note regarding US Tariffs - as Ochre does not collect payment or tariffs for Bandcamp orders shipping to the US, we cannot guarantee whether or not tariffs will be due on arrival to the US.
   
• ‘Fulfilment Grouping’ - As with Ochre Stores, setting a format to ship separately means that order items are separated into the right fulfilment groups, and correct postage is applied to each. If you have any products that you want shipped separately, this option will need to be selected manually. Select: 'Fulfilment Grouping - Print / Poster', or ask Ochre Operations to set the product to ship separately.

• Country of Origin - Setting a Country of Origin is recommended for the shipping of all goods to ensure deliverability, and mandatory for all goods shipping to the USA.
   

Other metadata which can be set for Bandcamp products

• Artist and Label - While these are not strictly required for shipment, Artist and Label should still be set up on Products imported from Bandcamp.
