A number of order actions can be performed via Ochre's native integration with Shopify.
Where possible, we have made order actions possible from Ochre, but a number of actions require handling on Shopify.
The following is an overview of Shopify order management actions, information about whether it is supported, and where the action needs to be completed. This overview includes links to instructions on how to complete each action.
Where an order management action requires steps on both Ochre and Shopify, we generally advise that you complete the Ochre-side actions first, then Shopify. This minimises the chance that an Order is fulfilled before the changes can be completed.
Please note: Ochre staff have no access to your Shopify store, nor the ability to edit, refund, or cancel orders and will never request access.
